At Croopple Tech, we value the trust of our clients and aim to provide high-quality digital products, web development services, and AI-driven solutions. This Refund Policy explains when clients may be eligible for a refund and how the process works. Our goal is to remain transparent, fair, and aligned with global e-commerce and digital service guidelines.

1. Eligibility for Refunds
a. Service Not Delivered as Described

A refund may be issued if:

  • The service was not delivered according to the agreed project scope,
  • The final output does not match the deliverables outlined in the proposal/contract,
  • Or Croopple Tech is unable to complete the service due to internal reasons.
b. Technical Issues With Digital Products

If a purchased digital product has a critical technical issue that prevents usage, and our support team is unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe, a partial or full refund may be considered.

c. Work Not Started

If the project has not begun and no work has been delivered, clients may request cancellation and refund of any prepaid amount (except non-refundable booking fees, if applicable).

Refund approvals depend on project progress, resources allocated, and documented communication.

2. Non-Refundable Services

Because of the nature of digital work, some services cannot be refunded once delivered or completed:

  • Custom Software Development
  • Web or App Development Work Already Delivered
  • AI Model Training, Optimization, or Consulting
  • Completed UI/UX Design Work
  • Cloud Deployment or Configuration Services
  • Marketing, SEO, or Branding Deliverables Already Provided
  • Domain Purchases, Hosting, or Third-Party Platform Fees
  • Any service customized specifically for the client

Once a milestone has been delivered and approved, that portion becomes non-refundable.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  • Email us at info@crooppletech.com with the subject:
    “Refund Request – [Your Invoice/Project ID]”
  • Include the following details:
    • Your name
    • Contact details
    • Service purchased
    • Reason for refund request
    • Any relevant screenshots or documentation

Our team will review the request and respond within 5–10 business days.

If the request is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Duplicate or Unauthorized Payments
a. Duplicate Transactions

If you made a duplicate payment by mistake, please contact us immediately. After verification, the duplicate amount will be refunded in full.

b. Unauthorized Payments

If you notice an unauthorized charge related to Croopple Tech:

  • Notify your bank or payment provider
  • Contact our support team with transaction details

We will assist in resolving the issue and verifying account activity.

5. No Refunds for Change of Mind

Because our services involve planning, resource allocation, and customized digital work, we cannot offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Shifting project priorities
  • Delays caused by client-side issues
  • Lack of required feedback or materials from the client
